We're excited to provide promotional panel and speaker graphic templates for your use on your social media platforms, newsletters and emails.  

To use and download the graphics, you must have a Canva account (free or paid). Canva Pro will allow you to utilize all the designs we’ve created for you, but we have also created a Canva Free-friendly version for you to populate and utilize.

The 1440 x 1800 px graphics will serve best on Instagram and Facebook, and the 1200 x 1200 px graphics will serve best on LinkedIn, X (formerly known as Twitter), and Bluesky. To use the graphics, please see follow below: 

  1. Once you’ve logged into your Canva account, please click here to access the Facebook- and Instagram-friendly graphics and here to access the LinkedIn-, X-, and Bluesky-friendly graphics. 
  2. Make a copy by selecting File > Make a Copy. 
  3. Upload your headshot into Canva by clicking Uploads on the left side panel and then clicking Upload Files. 
  4. Once your headshot is uploaded, please drag your photo over the top half of April’s face to populate yours over it.  
  5. The panel graphics are Canva Free-friendly, so please use whichever graphic has the same number of spaces as the number of panel participants. 
    1. For the individual graphics, please use the third photo in the set if you have Canva Premium and the fourth photo in the set if you have Canva Free.

  6. Populate your session title, session date, session subtitle (if one exists), name, organization, and position (if there’s room for it). Some session titles and subtitles have longer names than others, so feel free to edit your graphics and make the font smaller. **NOTE: The minimum font size we recommend is 24px for readability.** 
  7. Once you're ready to download, please click the Share button, followed by clicking Download. Ensure that you select PNG and use the dropdown feature to only select the pages you want to share on social media.
