02/06/2026 at 3:00 PM (EST)  |  60 minutes
02/06/2026 at 3:00 PM (EST)  |  60 minutes Guest Speaker: Jolie Higazi Are you tired of the "fluffy feedback failure" cycle? In the high-stakes world of litigation, clarity and efficiency are non-negotiable—yet the fear of being "harsh" often leads to ambiguous feedback, wasted time, and repeated errors. This interactive discussion moves past the ineffective "compliment sandwich" and dives into the two critical components of effective communication: Radical Candor and Emotional Regulation. You will learn to recognize the nervous system's fear response that causes confusion and master a clear, actionable framework for delivering tough feedback. Walk away with the tools to deliver clear, direct communication that builds trust, saves time, and ultimately makes your relationships and your results stronger. By the end, you may even look forward to giving feedback!
