Whether you're a seasoned trainer or have recently taken on training responsibilities, this interactive two-day institute will strengthen your ability to design and deliver engaging, learner-centered training. Created for trainers and learning leaders across public defense, civil legal aid, and the broader equal justice community, the program combines evidence-based instructional strategies with hands-on application.  

Participants are encouraged to bring a real training project they are currently developing and will apply each session's concepts to that project throughout the institute. Through expert instruction, peer consultation, and facilitation practice, you'll leave with practical tools, increased confidence, and a training plan ready to implement in your organization.
