Important Speaker Tasks and Deadlines
Education Harvester Tasks (to be completed in our Ed Harvester Speaker Platform. Please check your email for a welcome email)
- ASAP: Add additional Speakers to your session
- All speakers must be added so that they can complete their profiles and so that we can designate them as speakers within our registration system (and therefore grant the discounted speaker registration rate)
- August 29:
- Final Titles & Session Descriptions
- Complete Speaker Bios, Profile Info, and Headshots
- Complete Learning Objectives
- Draft Handouts (i.e. outlines, draft slides, past materials from a similar presentation, etc.) - this is especially important as it’s required for CLE/CEU applications.
- October 30: Final Materials
- Final Handouts/Materials Uploaded (to replace draft materials)
Other Important Deadlines:
- September 4: Register for the Conference
- All speakers are required to register. Speakers who are not registered for the conference will not be permitted to participate.
- All speakers who have been added to Ed Harvester will be assigned as a speaker within our registration system and will receive the discounted speaker rate of $550. If you attempt to register and are not seeing this price, please reach out to [email protected]

- October 12: Book Your Hotel
- We suggest booking your hotel room sooner rather than later in order to secure a room at the St. Louis Union Station
